Rain and sleet hamper Ferrari test

Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa managed less than 50 laps between them on Wednesday, as poor weather affected Ferrari's third day of testing at Mugello.
Tuesday had seen relatively fine conditions, with the pair totalling 165 laps of development work in the 248 F1. However, overnight rain and sleet, plus low track temperatures, made for tricky going on Wednesday morning.
When rain then began to fall in the afternoon, the team opted to pack up early, with Schumacher having clocked a best time of 1m 23.564s from 17 laps. Massa ran 31 laps, his quickest a 1m 27.314s.
Schumacher will continue Ferrari's Mugello programme on Thursday.
